  • Address Verification: To ensure fast and accurate delivery across the UAE, orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) may require phone, SMS, or WhatsApp address confirmation before dispatch.

 

  • Order Rejection & Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order if contact details are incomplete, if delivery cannot be arranged, or if a history of unaccepted COD deliveries exists.

 

  • Delivery Commitment: Placing a COD order constitutes a binding agreement to accept and pay for the shipment upon arrival. Refusing legitimate deliveries at the doorstep without prior cancellation may lead to blacklisting from future COD privileges on our network.

 

4. Pricing, Currency & Availability



  • Currency: All prices listed on Ripple Rose are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

 

5. Shipping & Local Delivery



  • Shipping timelines and courier details provided at checkout are estimates.

 

  • Deliveries are executed via local courier partners across the UAE. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate contact numbers and delivery location details (including building name and apartment number) are provided at checkout.

 

6. Replacements & Refunds

All purchases, replacements, and claims regarding defective, damaged, or missing items are governed strictly by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
