Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

1. Delivery Coverage

 

Ripple Rose delivers across all seven Emirates in the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.



  • Note: Deliveries to certain remote or non-service areas (e.g., specific desert outposts or military zone borders) may require collection from the courier partner's nearest hub.

 

2. Shipping Rates & COD Fees



  • Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Express Delivery on all orders across the UAE.

 

  • No COD Extra Charges: Cash on Delivery (COD) is provided Free of Charge with zero hidden fees or handling surcharges at checkout or doorstep.

 

3. Order Verification & Dispatch Process

 

To ensure high delivery success and prevent failed deliveries, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders follow a mandatory verification step:



  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, our automated team or courier partner will contact you via Phone Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and availability.

 

  1. Dispatch: Orders are handed over to our local fulfillment center immediately upon verification.

 

  1. Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (GST) are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

 

4. Shipping Times



  • Major Urban Areas (Dubai, Abu Dhabi City, Sharjah, Ajman): 1 to 2 business days.

 

  • Other Emirates & Outer Areas: 2 to 4 business days.

 

(Business days are Monday through Saturday. Sunday and public holidays are excluded.)

 

5. Delivery Attempts & Cash on Delivery (COD)



  • Courier Contact: The courier driver will call or text your registered phone number prior to arrival to coordinate the delivery window.

 

  • Delivery Attempts: Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made before a package is returned to our warehouse as undelivered.

 

  • COD Payment: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to hand over to the courier representative.

 

6. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or Email. You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment and view the courier's estimated delivery time.

 

7. Address Accuracy & Modifications

 

Accurate details are vital for fast delivery in high-density urban areas. Please ensure you provide:



  • Full recipient name.

 

  • Active UAE phone number with WhatsApp support.

 

  • Detailed address (Building Name, Street Name, Floor, Apartment/Villa Number, and City).

 

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately before the order is dispatched.
